In June 2004, representatives from the ICN management team traveled throughout the state to visit each of the nine ICN regions. ICN staff gave an overview of the network, including the results of the constituent survey and plans for new service offerings. Plenty of time was devoted to question and answer and the staff received valuable feedback from those constituents in attendance.
In total, 315 ICN constituents participated in the meetings. Staff plans to conduct these meetings on an annual basis. Notice of future meetings and information from past meetings is posted on the ICN web site at www.illinois.net/meetings.
